Working Electrical Foreman / Project Manager – Direct Hire

Lee, MA | $40–$50/hr DOE | Permanent Opportunity

Skilled Trades Partners is seeking an experienced Working Electrical Foreman / Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with an established electrical contractor in the Lee, MA area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned, licensed electrician who enjoys being involved in the field but is ready to take on more responsibility in project management and estimating.

Candidates with strong foreman experience who are interested in growing into the estimating and project management side of the business are encouraged to apply. Those who already have experience across all three areas are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside electrical crews in the field
• Coordinate manpower, materials, scheduling, and jobsite needs
• Oversee electrical projects from field execution through completion
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, pricing, and project planning
• Communicate with customers, vendors, field personnel, and management
• Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to crews
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of electrical experience
• Active Massachusetts electrical license required
• Strong commercial electrical background
• Previous foreman or electrical leadership experience
• Ability to work independently and lead crews effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic electrical tools
• Estimating and/or project management experience is a plus, but training is available for the right experienced foreman

Compensation & Opportunity:

• $40–$50/hour, depending on experience
• Direct hire / permanent position
