If you have the mechanical ability, work ethic, and desire to learn, we are not afraid to invest in you. We love sending our technicians to training, getting them into classes, helping them earn additional certifications, and giving them the tools they need to move to the next level. What We're Looking For Our ideal technician: Has A or B level automotive technician experience Has strong diagnostic and mechanical skills appropriate to their experience level Takes pride in doing the job correctly Works well as part of a team Is dependable and accountable Wants to continue learning and developing professionally Is willing to attend training and pursue additional certifications Has a valid driver's license Can meet applicable MVR requirements Can successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to perform the physical duties normally associated with automotive repair, including the ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, reach, and move throughout the shop with ease. Technicians must also be able to enter and exit vehicles without assistance and safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
