 What You Will DoÂ
Project OwnershipÂ
- Manage assigned marketing projects from planning through execution and wrap-upÂ
- Build timelines, track deliverables, and keep partners informed with clear status updatesÂ
- Align each project to property and portfolio goals, hitting deadlines and quality standardsÂ
- Partner with leadership to define guest criteria and offer valuesÂ
- Flag risks early and drive issue resolution with property and vendor partnersÂ

Execution and OperationsÂ
- Collaborate with property marketing, special events, Direct Mail, Analytics, Studio, Brand, and Internal ServicesÂ
- Create event and offer details and route for approvalsÂ
- Open and manage purchase orders and contracts, and coordinate vendorsÂ
- Monitor budgets, reconcile post-event expenses, and capture learnings for the next cycleÂ
- Lead calls with property partners and project stakeholders to review project status and upcoming campaignsÂ
Creative and CommunicationsÂ
- Review creative for accuracy, regulatory, and brand complianceÂ
- Proof and QA direct mail and email assets before deploymentÂ
Process and TeamworkÂ
- Manage workflows, timelines, and cross-functional tasksÂ
- Share best practices with Regional Marketing peers and help improve team workflowsÂ
What You BringÂ
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferredÂ
- 2 or more years in a marketing coordinator or specialist role with proven project coordinationÂ
- Comfortable with Project/Workflow Management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic budget trackingÂ
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through across multiple projectsÂ
- Confidence working with leaders and cross-functional partnersÂ
- Must be at least 21 years of ageÂ

Work Style: Hybrid:Â 3 days/week onsite at CPHQ (Caesars Palace) or specific properties within the Central Region; remaining days remote, as business needs allow.
