As a Butler Concierge you will be responsible for completing arrival and departure transactions for our VIP guests checking in/out of The Villas.Â
Responsibilities
•    Process check-in and check-out transactions for The Villas Â
•    Assist Villas guests with questions about the city and property Â
•    Assist Villas guests with booking dinner, show, etc....  Â
•    Assists with guest service recovery  Â
•    Always Maintains an Upbeat and Positive attitude Â
•    Responsible for being apprised of current events in hotel to assist Villas Guests
•    Acts a liaison on behalf of the guest to expedite guest requests
•    Maintains a professional and courteous attitude towards all guests (internal and external)
•    Anticipating guests’ needs and guest expectations
Qualifications
•    Must be 18 years of age or older  Â
•    Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.  Â
•    Proficiency in a second language would be beneficial.  Â
•    Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability Â
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
•    Ability to perform reaching, stooping and/or crouching motions repeatedly Â
•    Must be able to communicate verbally Â
•    Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
•    Must be able to lift 25lbs.
