Recruiter (Remote)

Delta Workforce is a staffing agency specializing in the manufacturing sector. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to help us fill open positions and support our clients across Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone interviews to screen and qualify candidates for manufacturing and related roles.
  
• Monitor and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  
• Advertise open positions on job boards, social media platforms, and other channels.
  
• Post jobs, manage candidate databases, and maintain accurate recruiting records.
  
• Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative tasks to support the recruiting team.
