Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts available:  7-3am, 3-11pm and 11p-7a part-time and full-time available

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

- Support residents’ emotional well-being and promote a positive atmosphere

- Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid CNA certification in the state of employment

- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents for extended periods
