We are looking for a full-time, experienced and self-motivated SIOP and Demand Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain Team to lead the demand planning process and coordinating the Sales cycle to ensure alignment of customer demand, inventory, supply capabilities, and business objectives. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to develop accurate forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and drive execution against the company’s operating plan. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative leadership style, and experience managing planning processes within a manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain environment. A data-driven planning professional who can translate market intelligence and business objectives into an actionable demand plan, facilitate consensus across functions, and drive a disciplined SIOP process that improves forecast accuracy, service performance, inventory productivity, and overall business execution.

Main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the monthly demand planning process and maintain a rolling forecast across product lines/categories, channels, and customers.
- Develop/evaluate system generated statistical forecast and consensus forecasts using historical demand, market trends, customer insights, and business intelligence. Make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to gather market input and improve forecast quality. As needed, make recommendations for processes improvements based on results.Â
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias metrics, service levels and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product introductions, promotional activities, and product lifecycle forecasting.
- Implement and facilitate a monthly SIOP process, including Demand Review, Supply Review, Inventory Review, and Executive SIOP meetings.
- Lead the consolidation of demand, supply, inventory, and financial inputs into a unified business plan.
- Identify gaps between demand and supply and coordinate mitigation plans with stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level reporting materials and recommendations highlighting risks, opportunities, assumptions, and recommended actions.
- Develop, maintain and deliver demand planning KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Analyze business trends, customer demand shifts, and forecast performance to provide go-forward recommendations/ plans of action
- Provide actionable insights to leadership regarding demand and inventory risks.
- Drive enhancements in forecasting methodologies, planning tools, and business processes.
- Support implementation and optimization of ERP and planning software solutions, as well as inventory efforts.
- Promote best practices in demand planning and SIOP across the organization.Â
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase planning efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related fields, and no less than 5 years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, SIOP/S&OP, or related fields, equivalent combination of education and experience.
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
MBA preferred but not required.
Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution for consumer goods or industrial products.
Proven experience facilitating cross-functional planning processes successfully.
Prior experience managing planners or analysts.
CPFR (Collaboration, Planning, Fulfillment, Replenishment) knowledge and experience preferred.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Experience with planning solutions such as Stock IQ, JDA/Blue Yonder, ToolsGroup, or equivalent.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Power BI or similar analytical tools.
Strong quantitative, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience working as a successful cross-functional collaborator, with process improvement and the ability to influence others without having direct authority over them.
