STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Production Planner to join the team.  This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of subassembly and topline completion schedules. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with reasonable accommodation when necessary.
Job Description
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Releases work orders daily to operations that meet the Master Production Schedule.
- Coordinates all activities on subassemblies and toplines to meet or exceed manufacturing due dates.
- Communicates with purchasing and master planning regarding material requirements to support releases and work in process.
- Supports administration of manufacturing work orders through performing work order splits and quantity adjustments.
- Reviews master production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications
Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations
Education: Four year college or university program certificate; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
