Part-Time Cleaning Crew — Subcontractor (1099) | Nature's Clean, a Maid Right Franchise
Nature's Clean, an independently owned and operated Maid Right franchise serving the greater San Antonio area, is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our subcontractor team.
Position Type: Part-Time, 1099 Subcontractor Pay: Percentage-based (per job)
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (you will drive to job sites)
- Must have their own liability and auto insurance
- must have background check done by themselves
- Must supply your own cleaning tools and equipment, including:Â
- Your own vacuum — Shark Swivel Pro Upright with Pet Hair Removal (required model)
- Your own cleaning caddy
- Must NOT currently own or operate your own cleaning company
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior professional cleaning experience needed in deep cleaning , turn key cleaning , post construction cleaningÂ
Zero Tolerance :
We will not accept any no shows as the jobs will be scheduled much ahead of the time . If its a medial leave even for a day , we need proper doctor's note . Any scope of work if its not finished as per protocol and we receive client complaint , immediate termination off contract .Â

- All cleaning solutions/chemicals
- Uniform
- Equipment loaner option available if needed — must be returned to our Team Lead immediately after the project is completed
This is a 1099 independent subcontractor position, not employment with Nature's Clean LLC or Maid Right.
