•   Maintain a clean workstation and follow all safety requirements.
•   Requires sustained periods spent sitting, typing, and viewing a computer screen.
•   Reviews orders received from customers.  Resolves problems and notifies the customer promptly of the resolution.
•   Ensures adequate information and packaging instructions have been provided to begin orderÂ
•   Works closely with all distribution related production departments to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.
•   Communicates with customer on order status. Communicates any potential delays of completion of distribution/rework orders to customer as early as possible based on knowledge of order status.
•   Evaluates placing an order on hold until proper disposition can be obtained from the customer, as well as, making the determination to partially release an order if distribution requirements dictate this need.
•   Provides additional support to the Customer Service Department as needed.
•   Enters, tracks, helps resolve and communicates customer complaints.  CSR determines if complaint results will satisfy the customer's needs. Based on complaint results, provides input on process change decisions in the customer service area.  Â
•   Initiates art request forms, source media product travelers, and scrap notices.
•   Monitor non-conformance databases to ensure that timely resolution is provided to orders and/or components placed on hold.
•   Provide daily status reports.
•   Read, understand, and assume responsibility for performance of all procedures, assignments, notices and policies applicable to assigned area and common areas, including posted notices.Â
•   Assists in training other employees.
•   Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
•   Position requires above average computer skills, Softeon experiernce is helpful, ability to handle stressful situations with courtesy, professionalism, and reason.  Must have demonstratable communication skills.  Must be capable of working with little supervision and proficient in all CSR work related responsivities.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
•   15 days on-the-job training. Â
•   Review of current processes as well as observing other CSR’s to gain an understanding of day-to-day activities and become familiar with manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and distribution departments.
•   Additional training requirements are reviewed annually during performance evaluation.
Preferred Education and Experience
•   Four-year college degree in a business-related curriculum preferred, however, appropriate experience in customer service or related field is acceptable.

•   While performing duties of the job, the employee is occasionally exposed to low or elevated temperatures and environments that may be dusty.
