- AM Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM | Including Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
- PM Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM | Including Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation

Overview

What You’ll Do
- Support residents with daily living, hygiene, mobility, and meals
- Monitor safety, report changes, and document care
- Take vitals and assist with basic treatments
- Follow care plans, use mechanical lifts safely, and participate in restorative programs
- Maintain a clean environment and help residents engage in activities
- Uphold residents’ rights, dignity, and confidentiality
What You Bring
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification
- Age 16+
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
- Ability to lift/push/pull and work on your feet
- Valid driver’s license (if transporting residents)
- Ability to pass background requirements
