What You’ll Do

  • Support residents with daily living, hygiene, mobility, and meals
  • Monitor safety, report changes, and document care
  • Take vitals and assist with basic treatments
  • Follow care plans, use mechanical lifts safely, and participate in restorative programs
  • Maintain a clean environment and help residents engage in activities
  • Uphold residents’ rights, dignity, and confidentiality

What You Bring

  • Active Wisconsin CNA certification
  • Age 16+
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
  • Ability to lift/push/pull and work on your feet
  • Valid driver’s license (if transporting residents)
  • Ability to pass background requirements
