How you'll make an impact in this role
- Create a welcoming experience:Â Greet patients and visitors, and manage communication flows to ensure a positive and professional first impression for everyone entering the clinical area.
- Coordinate timely care:Â Schedule patient appointments and facilitate seamless communication between patients, families, and the clinical team to support efficient, patient-centered care.
- Maintain clinical accuracy:Â Assist clinicians with electronic order entry, patient transfers, and discharges, ensuring all patient charts are accurate and up-to-date to support quality care.
- Support operational efficiency:Â Manage staff schedules, meeting logistics, and timekeeping records, ensuring the clinical team remains organized and focused on patient needs.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

- Prior Clerical Experience PreferredÂ
