Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective production processes
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards
• Assist with the setup and changeover of production equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Skills:

As a Production Utility, you will use your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our production line. You will also use your communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the production team to identify and implement process improvements. Your ability to operate and maintain production equipment will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, your experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and forklift certification will be beneficial in this position.
