What You'll Do

  • Assist with client screenings, assessments, and intake processes under clinical supervision.
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate group counseling sessions, educational groups, family conferences, and individual client sessions.
  • Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings.
  • Provide direct services in alignment with treatment plans and program expectations.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Ensure treatment plans and discharge summaries receive required review and approval by a Qualified Addiction Professional.
  • Assist clients with transitions in care and complete related correspondence and documentation.
  • Respond appropriately to crises and communicate concerns to supervisors as needed.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients, referral partners, and team members.
  • Complete required annual trainings and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and ASAM standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, client-centered treatment environment focused on recovery and long-term success.

Qualifications

Required Education

  • High school diploma/GED or Associate's degree

Required Credentials

One of the following Missouri substance use credentials:

  • MAADC I or MAADC II
  • CRAADC
  • CRADC
  • RADC-P

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Proof of current automobile insurance
