This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to build mechanical skills while working alongside experienced technicians. The Mechanic Assistant works in a faced paced environment with an adapting schedule based on the cruise ship schedule.     Duties/Responsibilities:  Assist mechanics with routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on equipment and vehicles  Perform basic maintenance tasks (oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, etc.).  Assist with equipment inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.  Keep workshop organized, clean, and safety compliant.  Help track parts inventory and order supplies as needed.  Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.  Perform other tasks assigned by Diesel Mechanic.  Qualifications
