K&A Appliance in seeking an experienced Domestic Helper/Cleaner, to work Part-Time or Full-Time on upkeep of the interior of newly built residential structures on one property located in Conestoga, PA; doing so under the leadership & instruction of a Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- General Cleaning:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Dusting furniture, shelves, and other surfaces.Â
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.Â
- Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.Â
- Cleaning kitchens, including countertops, appliances, and floors.Â
- Sanitizing surfaces.Â
- Bed Making and Linen Management:
- Making beds and changing linens.Â
- Distributing clean towels and toiletries throughout the house.Â
- Organization and Tidying:
- Tidying up rooms and organizing belongings.Â
- Emptying trash and recycling bins.Â
- Maintaining a clutter-free environment. Â
Schedule
- Negotiable hours and days can be arrangedÂ
- Part-time (15 to 30 hours per week)Â
- OR - - Full-time (40 to 50 hours per week)
- Part-time (15 to 30 hours per week)Â
- To be scheduled mostly during daytime hours during the week
Pay Rate
- $16.00 to $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in housekeeping &/or janitorial work
- Be willing and able to work under the leadership and instruction of a Cleaning Supervisor
- Must have experience and be comfortable working around pets, babies and children
- Be courteous, friendly, and polite to the employer/homeowner, company leaders, supervisor, co-workers, contractors, family & guests
- Assure safe & healthy working practices & environment
- Must be organized, able to keep scheduled routines while also being adaptable to attend to new/different requests as they are made, and then be able to prioritize & express resulting adjustments needed to the the supervisor
- Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
