First Choice Restoration is a growing fire and water damage restoration and reconstruction company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Central Washington. We are looking for an experienced Drywall Hanger & Taper who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a professional team.

Compensation
Pay: $25 – $35 per hour (DOE)

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime opportunities may be available
Responsibilities
- Hang drywall on residential and commercial restoration and remodeling projects.
- Tape, mud, texture, sand, and finish drywall to a paint-ready surface.
- Match existing textures, including orange peel, knockdown, and hand textures.
- Repair water- and fire-damaged drywall and ceilings.
- Measure, cut, and install drywall accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with other reconstruction tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of drywall hanging and finishing experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
