The salary for this position is based on experience, and it is a full-time role on the second shift from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday.

This person provides direct treatment to Supervised Group Living residents and reports in written and verbal format on treatment planning and progress of individual residents. Valid drivers license required.

Education: High school diploma,or equivelant.

Experience: Two years experience in mental health or community services preferred.

Licenses: Must possess a valid state issued driver's license.

Salary based on expereince.

Second shift, full time - The hours for this position are 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday.
