We’re looking for a leader with strong planning and operational discipline, financial acumen, and a commitment to scalable, high quality execution.
In this role, you will serve as the operational driver of MSEG—overseeing execution across key initiatives, managing analytics and supplemental compensation processes, guiding performance reporting, and ensuring alignment across the broader enterprise.  You will also be involved in shaping strategy across the broader P&C operation.  Success requires a blend of strategic insight, operational rigor, people management skills and the ability to lead effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Initiative Management

•    Identify operational risks and process gaps; implement mitigation plans.
•    Support alignment across Series, Product Line, Industry, Global MSEG, and Lockton Re.
Performance & Reporting
•    Maintain visibility across initiatives through project tracking, dashboards, and stewardship reporting.
•    Integrate MSEG reporting into enterprise frameworks with the Risk Solutions operations team.
•    Drive analytics development, forecasting, and master data accuracy.
•    Facilitate weekly status meetings to maintain momentum and consistency.
Financial & Budget Management
•    Manage the MSEG budget, including sponsorships, forecasting, supplemental compensation, and MAP revenue.
•    Evaluate financial implications of compensation agreements and contribute to negotiation insights.
•    Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure accuracy and transparency in MSEG financial reporting.

Operations & Delivery
•    Support Series, Product Line, and Industry leaders on market engagement and strategic initiatives.
•    Partner with Accounting and Legal to secure preferred terms in carrier and wholesaler agreements.
•    Streamline workflows and increase scalability across MSEG.
•    Ensure consistency in operational execution across U.S. and global MSEG teams.
•    Serve as a primary point of contact for market partners to resolve issues and advance initiatives.
Talent & Organizational Leadership
•    Lead and develop a team focused on stewardship analytics, operations management, MAP tracking, and compensation.
•    Support workforce planning, capability development, and team structure.
•    Identify skill gaps and recommend training, hiring, or restructuring as needed.

•    10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or financial management; insurance or brokerage experience preferred.
•    Strong financial and analytical skills with proven data-driven decision-making.
•    Ability to collaborate and influence across senior leadership levels.
•    Experience building or optimizing complex operational systems or enterprise programs.
•    Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
•    A service-driven mindset aligned with the high standard set by the prior role-holder.
