In this role, you will prepare ingredients and assemble dishes for our signature pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. Your contributions will ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Ingredient Preparation: Wash, chop, slice, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients for pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. Dough and Sauce Preparation: Assist in preparing pizza dough and sauces according to our recipes and quality standards. Assembly and Presentation: Assemble pizzas, sandwiches, and salads with attention to detail and presentation. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Strong teamwork and communication skills. A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
