Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is looking for top-notch Servers to join our craft 'ohana!

Job Title: Server

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kailua

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time (dependent on availability)

Pay Rate: $14.75/hour + tips (dependent on shift & sales)

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items including rotating specials
• Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
• Support the FOH team by assisting with restaurant setup, cleanup, restocking, and breakdown
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Summary of Qualifications:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant
• You are knowledgeable about craft beer, cocktails, and food
• You are passionate about guest service and strive to create memorable experiences for all guests
• You get along great with others and know how to be a team player
• You have Monday availability, open availability preferred
