Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is looking for top-notch Bartender to join our craft 'ohana!

Job Title: Bartender

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kailua

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time (dependent on availability)

Pay Rate: $14.75/hour + tips (dependent on shift & sales)

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations. 
• Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Support the service team with dining operations and guest experience
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidlelines

Summary of Qualifications:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a bartender in a full-service bar or restaurant
• You knowledgeable in craft beer, cocktails, and food
• You are passionate about guest service and strive to create memorable experiences for all guests
• You get along great with others and know how to be a team player
• You have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
