Job Responsibilities:
- Meets with and establishes referral relationships with providers in the community including VA hospitals, community hospitals, ED’s, urgent care clinics, primary care providers, psychiatrists, therapists and others.
- Informs the CEO and Leadership Team of information learned from networking with providers to determine methods to enhance referrals from community care providers
- Meets with an established quota of community contacts.
- Utilizes a benefit-focused approach when conducting a needs assessment of the business plan.
- Develops and provides professional/community education programs to support referral development activities.
- Reviews with Leadership Team the satisfaction levels of clients and referral sources.
- Works with the Leadership Team to maintain a high level of client and referral source satisfaction.
- Implements specific relationship-building strategies of key referral groups (i.e. clinicians, providers, judicial).
- Works with the CEO and Director of Strategic Partnerships to develop and implement direct promotional strategies.
- Attends Leadership Team meetings and other meetings as directed and required to meet performance goals.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Public Relations, preferred.
- Minimum of three years business development management experience in the medical/behavioral health field required.
