Lead Behavioral Health Technician-2nd Shift

Beach House Center for Recovery is a well-established treatment facility in Juno Beach, Florida  that offers a full continuum of care to adults struggling with addiction and mental health disorders. We are currently looking for a Lead Behavioral Health Technician (2nd Shift) to add to our Behavioral Services staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manages & leads BHTS on 2nd shift
• Works daily with patients to provide support, encouragement, and guidance
• Assists in emergency situations as directed
• Ensures patients attend scheduled activities
• Recognizes crisis situations and provides appropriate interventions based on training and experience

Qualifications Include:

• Professional demeanor, and ability to act professionally with clients and staff at all time
• One year experience as a Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• The position requires walking and standing both indoors and outdoors for long periods of time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• 3:00 pm-11:30 pm
• Weekend availability

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License (Required)

Experience:

• Behavioral health: 2 years (Preferred)
• Large Passenger Shuttle Driving Experience
