As a Senior Full Stack Engineer within our digital engineering team, you help design and deliver customer facing digital applications at scale, building the experiences that bring Chubb Personal Risk Services’ promise to life for the agents who champion our clients, the clients who trust us, and the internal teams who deliver on that trust every day. With us, you will be a hands on contributor and key owner of partner integrations and new insurance product capabilities, developing robust solutions across the full stack, web, mobile, and APIs. In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and own Full Stack features and services using .NET (backend) and Angular (frontend), with a focus on performance, availability, and security
  • Lead delivery of partner integrations and new insurance product capabilities within the Digital Group
  • Build and ship customer-facing applications that prioritize usability, reliability, and end-to-end experience quality
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-driven code review and test generation) to accelerate SDLC velocity and code quality
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on the team
  • Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, applying best practices for scalability, security, and global availability
  • Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to software development standards

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of Full Stack engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated strength in both .NET and Angular preferred
  • Proven track record delivering customer facing digital products in insurance, retail, hospitality, or consumer goods
  • Solid grasp of software engineering principles including design patterns, API design, testing strategies, and secure coding practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud native development patterns
  • Familiarity with AI assisted development tools that accelerate the software delivery lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a small engineering team in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Ability to collaborate across global time zones

 

The pay range for the role is $160,000 to $180,000.The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.  The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
