You are a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Software Engineer and technical leader who thrives on building scalable, resilient, secure, and modern digital experiences across frontend applications, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled capabilities.
You are passionate about engineering excellence, mentoring others, and applying emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development and intelligent agents where they can create responsible and measurable value.

A Day in the Life:

A typical day is… atypical. You might be:

Fullstack Product Development:Design, develop, and operate accessible, mobile-first ecommerce experiences using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web technologies.

Backend Engineering: Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and well-designed APIs.

Distributed and Event-Driven Systems:Design resilient distributed services and event-driven systems that support high-volume commerce transactions and business workflows.

Data and Persistence:Design and optimize relational and NoSQL data models with attention to integrity, scalability, security, and performance.

Cloud Engineering:Build and operate cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform using containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD.

AI-Powered Engineering and Agents:Use AI and agent-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity and quality, and design and develop intelligent agents and agent-based workflows that create measurable customer and business value.

Reliability and Performance: Improve platform performance, availability, and operational health through observability, logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

Production Ownership: Participate in on-call support and incident response, troubleshoot complex issues, lead root-cause analysis, and turn learnings into durable improvements.

Architecture and Technical Leadership: Lead design discussions, conduct architecture and code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote secure, maintainable engineering practices.

Collaboration: Partner with Product, UX, Architecture, Security, and Engineering teams to define and deliver end-to-end customer and business solutions.

To Land This Role:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering and operating production-grade e-commerce systems.
  • Strong experience developing modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies.
  • Strong backend engineering experience using Node.js, Java, Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
  • Experience designing distributed services, microservices architectures, API platforms, and event-driven systems.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL database design, data modeling, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience building and operating cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD practices.
  • Hands-on experience with observability, logging, metrics, distributed tracing, monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience supporting production systems, participating in on-call rotations, responding to incidents, and driving root-cause analysis.
  • Experience with automated testing, Git source control, code-quality tooling, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
  • Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AI and agent-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
  • Experience building AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, or agent-based workflow automation.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, or other enterprise ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience with event-streaming technologies such as Kafka or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience with GraphQL and modern API gateway patterns.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 150,000.00 USD - 190,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
