- Accurately process material per instructions and to customer specifications
- Ensure equipment and working area are maintained in a clean and organized manner

- High School or GED Equivalent
- Basic Mathematics skills
- Ability to read and write English Language
- Ability to understand and use Safety Rules and Procedures, as well as OSHA standards and regulations.
- Must exercise a reasonable degree of judgment and possess the ability to recognize appropriate company policies that apply in each situation and follow them.
- Working knowledge of hazards and safety precautions common to crane operations.
- Ability to use material handling equipment.
- Must be able to read measuring tape, calipers and gauges.
