CMCA is seeking passionate, motivated, and community-minded professionals to join our team as a Workforce Family Success Coach in Jefferson City. In this role, you will help youth and low-income adults overcome barriers, build career skills, secure employment opportunities, and achieve long-term self-sufficiency. What You'll Do

Using a Whole Family coaching approach, you will help individuals with paid work experience, vocational training, certifications, and career pathway opportunities. You will help individuals learn workplace readiness skills such as resume development, interviewing, workplace communication, digital literacy, and financial literacy.

 

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Passionate about helping individuals and families succeed
  • Skilled at building positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops and speaking with groups

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in case management, workforce development, coaching, education, counseling, or community-based services preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout CMCA's service area
