Job Description:
Responsible for monitoring and supporting the timely completion of AML related closure activities within the client-managed space. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective organization, and the ability to independently manage and track closure activities while applying sound risk-management judgment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor AML closure activities and maintain accurate tracking of outstanding actions and deliverables
  • Manage and maintain closure documentation and supporting materials within SharePoint
  • Review closure activities for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established requirements
  • Identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and appropriately escalate issues when needed
  • Follow up with stakeholders to support timely resolution and closure of outstanding items
  • Maintain clear and organized records to support transparency, reporting, and audit readiness
  • Apply a risk-management mindset when evaluating closure activities and determining when additional review or escalation may be appropriate
  • Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure closure activities are completed appropriately and sustainably

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years AML experience
  • Basic working knowledge of SharePoint and the ability to navigate and maintain tracking and documentation sites
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight
  • Strong follow-up and task-management skills
  • Ability to understand processes, identify potential risks or gaps, and apply sound judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities while meeting deadlines

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
