What you’ll do

  •  Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to staff, ensuring office activities are completed accurately and efficiently. This role involves managing multiple tasks daily with a focus on organization and detail.

  • Communication & Scheduling: Manage incoming inquiries, coordinate communications, and maintain calendars and meeting schedules to support smooth office operations. Success means seamless coordination and timely communication.

  • Document & Records Management: Prepare, organize, file, and maintain documents and records, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility. Daily tasks include document handling and record keeping with attention to detail.

  • Office Coordination: Support general office operations and administrative activities to maintain an organized and professional workplace environment. The role requires self-motivation and reliability.

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Prior administrative or front desk experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
