Position SummaryĀ
TheĀ Program AssistantĀ isĀ responsible forĀ researching, preparing, and distributing tribute gift notifications and reports (in memoryĀ and inĀ honor of).Ā The position also prepares weekly acknowledgments and gift reports for the Donor Relationās office, as well as other participating colleges and units, particularly the divisionās newly formed pod structure. The role offers a blend of independent work and cross-division collaboration.Ā

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
Generate, analyze, and prepare weekly and ad-hocĀ gift reportsĀ Ā
Prepare and distributeĀ timelyĀ correspondence for a variety of stakeholdersĀ Ā
AssistĀ with data gathering and analysis forĀ givingĀ initiatives across campusĀ
Partner with colleagues across the division to ensureĀ timelyĀ donor communicationsĀ
MaintainĀ detailed record keeping of all correspondenceĀ
ExerciseĀ strong judgmentĀ and polishedĀ communicationĀ withĀ external constituentĀ

Associateās degree and 4 to 6 years relevant experience or equivalent combinationĀ

Proficient with the Microsoft Office SuiteĀ

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Employees typically perform this role remotelyĀ 3Ā days per week and on-campusĀ 2Ā days per week. The university reserves the right toĀ modify, suspend,Ā revokeĀ orĀ terminateĀ the hybrid work arrangement at any time.Ā
