Accertify is seeking a Fraud Strategist who will leverage their fraud expertise to analyze data, recommend & implement fraud prevention techniques, monitor performance, and ensure excellent results across your portfolio. Your role is pivotal in creating effective prevention strategies for clients, ensuring they maximize revenue while minimizing losses. You will partner closely across the Client Engagement team, providing the strategic consultation and support needed to help our clients achieve their goals.Â
 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- As directed by an SRS Manager, provide strategic support & consultation for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Consult on fraud risk and sales enablement strategies, and feature adoption opportunities.
- Perform platform configuration functions including (but not limited to) updating hierarchy settings, virtual table/column changes, web importers, etc.
- Configure Interceptas transaction page layouts and other features to client specifications, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Assist in the provisioning of insight and performance reporting to Account Managers to drive client satisfaction and demonstrate ROI.
- Perform post-transaction data analysis to recommend, and sometimes implement, new strategies to mitigate fraud and/or reduce false positives.
- Perform virtual trainings for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with additional duties as defined by the leader.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of data analytics with a focus on fraud prevention
- 3+ years of previous e-commerce CNP fraud prevention experience in a high transaction volume environment
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, document, and communicate e-commerce fraud threats and trends effectively and deliver highly detailed technical information in presentation form
- Experience working in highly cross-functional environments; must be flexible and can adapt to working with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to proactively and independently solve problems and drive results
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Critical thinker with strong strategic planning skills who can adapt quickly by grasping and applying new technical concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

- The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
