The Sales Enablement Ops Program Lead ensures operational excellence, consistency, and accountability across the partner-managed field program while driving awareness and sales opportunities for the client’s products and services through Carrier channels. This role leads the Mosaic field management team nationwide and partners closely with client stakeholders, Talent Acquisition/onboarding, Internal Operations, and Client Operations to support hiring, communications, reporting, KPIs, compliance, bonus measurements, cost control, advocacy, training, and overall field execution effectiveness. 

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with client partners, Regional Sales Managers, Mosaic-Client, Training, Operations, and partner stakeholders to identify priorities, define execution plans, and build strong working relationships. 

  • Lead field management activities through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training to ensure program guidelines, operational expectations, service-level metrics, and client expectations are met. 

  • Own the day-to-day operational rhythm with the partner, including reporting, performance insights, field-related business metrics, continuous improvement plans, and partner SBR planning and execution. 

  • Manage payroll, overtime, hourly budgets, store-level expenses, profitability drivers, and KPI accountability to support sound operational and business decisions. 

  • Collaborate with Training, Learning Services, Operations, and internal partners to streamline processes, support development opportunities, and ensure consistent execution across markets. 

  • Drive process standardization, communications, change management, new process rollouts, best practice implementation, and efficiency sharing across regions. 

  • Handle retailer partner escalations and field team performance management escalations, ensuring timely resolution and accountability. 

  • Align with the client management team geographically and actively participate in client meetings to support field execution, performance visibility, and strategic alignment. 

  • Provide proactive feedback to client and internal leaders on opportunities to improve field performance, operational consistency, compliance, and execution. 

  • Monitor compliance with Microsoft policies, brand standards, operational expectations, and current SCOA requirements. 

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • College degree preferred with 4+ years of Territory, District, or Regional management experience in retail, including management of a geographically dispersed team. 

  • Working knowledge of human resources disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and applicable federal/state employment laws, is highly preferred. 

  • Consumer electronics background preferred. 

  • Experience leading partner-managed field programs with accountability for operational excellence, KPI reporting and insights, compliance, and consistent regional execution. 

  • Ability to standardize processes, lead communications, implement best practices, and support partner SBR planning and execution. 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 10+ years of experience with a retailer or marketing services provider, including management of national, geographically dispersed teams and part-time/full-time field employees. 

  • Experience developing, tracking, and monitoring performance on a daily and weekly basis. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. 

  • Sales experience required for a sales-oriented program. 

  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and able to prioritize effectively. 

  • Strong follow-through, leadership, communication, flexibility, and adaptability.
