Stager - 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm)

This position requires a self-motivated, reliable employee to join our staging department. This position reports to the Production Supervisor supporting the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Monday – Saturday

What you’ll do:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting production goal
• Examine and inspect materials, containers and products to ensure that specifications are met
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools
• Prepare raw materials for blending department
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Record product and order information on specified forms and records
• Mark and label containers, tags and products using marking tools
• Use forklift to move materials
• Cross train in blending department
• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic math skills required
• Physical requirements include lifting, carrying and climbing with to 60 lbs. consistently.  Other requirements are bending, standing, walking and climbing frequently for long periods of time.
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to work necessary overtime on Fridays and weekends
