We're looking for a diligent Staff Accountant to join our finance team. You'll play an integral role in strengthening the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting, working closely with finance, operations, and sales. • Prepare, update, and verify accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial records
• Partner with finance, operations, and sales to gather the information needed for reconciliations
• Monitor and manage rebate programs — tracking eligibility, calculating rebates, and ensuring timely submissions
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, accurately recording acquisitions, disposals, and transfers
• Maintain accurate deposit records and reconcile them against accounting systems
• Physical inventory valuation reporting 
• Vendor payment reconciliations 

Requirements

• Accounting experience or an Associate's degree in Business or Accounting
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office; Excel proficiency preferred
• Proven experience with account reconciliation and month-end close processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and thoroughness in seeing tasks through
