Indiana Regional Manager

• Lead/develop office in Indianapolis
  
• Supervise staff working on preliminary/design engineering services
  
• Work with local agencies and private clients in Indiana
  
• Assist with business development (prepare proposals/attend meetings)
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  

Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
  
• Master’s degree preferred
  
• 12+ years of transportation projects working with INDOT and Indiana LPAs
  
• Supervisory experience
  
• Experience working with the City of Indianapolis preferred
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
