Position Overview

We are a growing landscaping company looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Crew Leader to lead a crew and participate in landscape installation and maintenance projects for commercial and residential properties.

Location: Fishers, IN

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew, assigning tasks and ensuring safe and efficient work.
• Perform landscape installation tasks, including planting, mulching, sod installation, grading, raking, and general landscape maintenance.
• Follow project plans, instructions, and specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely load and unload skid steers.
• Operate company vehicles, including an F-550 with a 20-foot trailer.
• Identify trees, shrubs, and landscape materials.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate project issues or material needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in landscape installation.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a crew.
• Ability to follow plans, instructions, and project specifications.
• Knowledge of trees, shrubs, and landscape materials.
• Experience with tools and heavy equipment, including skid steers.
• Ability to operate an F-550 with a 20-foot trailer.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
