Job DetailsJob Location: Huntsville, AL 35811Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Category: Admin - ClericalObjective: The Market Freshness Specialist’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all beverages in the market are fresh, properly stored, and presented to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.      Accountabilities: Monitor and maintain the freshness of all beverages distributed to our customer locations, including juices, sodas, teas, coffee, and specialty drinks, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards Track beverage stock levels by monitoring inventory and replenishment of beverages in various market in assigned territory. Applying food safety and freshness rotation principles (e.g., FIFO); ensure older products are displayed first Monitor customer locations and ensure merchandising staff maintain clean, organized, and attractive beverage displays to enhance the shopping experience Follow all food safety regulations, store policies, and freshness protocols Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, offering product information, suggesting seasonal or promotional items, and resolving freshness-related concerns  Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align beverage offerings with promotions, events, and customer demand  Qualifications  3-5 years of sales & marketing experience within the retail industry Project management experience is a plus Exceptional communication & organizational skills Self-motivated and outgoing Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn Strong desire to succeed
