AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Administration and Project Analyst to support executive leadership, corporate operations, workforce engagement, and strategic initiatives.
This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who can confidently manage executive-level responsibilities while keeping projects, communications, events, and organizational priorities moving forward. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to ASRI’s senior leadership and must demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline is desired. Equivalent education and directly related experience may be considered.
Required Experience:
U.S. Citizen. Minimum of (5) five years of directly related professional experience.
Skills Needed:

- Excellent demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- MS Office and social media platform proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
- Experience in handling sensitive information.
Duties:
Executive Administration - Support C-Suite Level Executives with Operations and Strategy
- Deliver Corporate Documentation (e.g., executive correspondence, briefings, reports)
- Represent C-Suite for Internal and External Engagements (e.g., executive presence)
- Coordinate Strategic Calendar/Schedule (e.g., critical meeting planning and milestones)
- Manage Planning & Execution of Major Corporate Events (e.g., M&W events)
- Manage Strategic Communications (e.g., social media, website)
Workforce Outreach - Support Employee Recruitment, Development, and Retention
- Facilitate employee loyalty and connection (e.g., presentations/training, site visits)
- Administer the ASRI "One Connected Team" program (e.g., M&W activities, leader training)
- Manage Company Brand Awareness and Marketing Support
Project Analyst
- Analyze project requirements, determine actions, recommend assignments
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate working level meetings
- Track action items to closure, and coordinate with responsible parties and staff leads
- Communicate across operational and staff functions
Desired Qualifications:
Five (5+) years of directly related experience specifically in a Gov/DoD contractor environment
Demonstrated executive presence and track record of C-Suite level administrative support
Demonstrate public speaking track record of success
Experience implementing technical workforce development initiatives
