RSi is looking to fill a Corporate Program Control Analyst position to support our Corporate Office. The Corporate Program Control Analyst manages and maintains complex government contracts by setting them up in accounting systems, monitoring financial performance, producing required cost reports, and ensuring compliance from initiation through closeout.

Summary of duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Assist in managing complex contracts with multiple line items, funding streams, and subcontractors
  • Set up and maintain billable contracts in Unanet and Deltek Costpoint to support accurate reporting and Program Management needs
  • Support the development of plans, budgets, and schedules for various contract types (FFP, Cost Plus, T&M, and hybrids)
  • Apply established financial controls, forecasting techniques, and compliance procedures to evaluate contract and program status
  • Monitor program progress and cost performance to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Participate in monthly Program Management Reviews
  • Produce cost reports and CDRLs for customers and internal management
  • Conduct variance analysis of actuals versus baseline
  • Calculate and process invoices and review contract revenue for accuracy
  • Generate reports on revenue, profit, and labor projections by contract
  • Initiate funding alerts and allocate subcontractor funding, including assisting with subcontractor funding modifications
  • Review subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy
  • Collaborate with contract administrators on new contracts and contract modifications
  • Support resolution of accounts receivable invoice issues
  • Assist in pricing labor, travel, and materials for proposals and various contract types
  • Execute the contract closeout process once work is complete and audits are finalized
  • Core competencies: Program Management/Financial Analyst experience, Microsoft Suite, Interpersonal Skills, Unanet/Deltek

Required Minimum Education/Experience/Certifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of program control/financial analyst experience
  • Strong aptitude for using & enhancing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong commitment to customer service, and ability to plan and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/IT Skills/Certifications:

  • Program control/financial analyst experience in federal government contracting 
  • Experience using Unanet & Deltek Costpoint to include Billing, Invoicing, Project Setup, Project Reporting, Business Intelligence
