Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our growing manufacturing team in Huntington. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, and optimizing computer numerical control programs to drive the production of high-quality machined parts. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with a strong work ethic to maximize efficiency on the shop floor.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesProgram Development: Create, edit, and optimize complex CNC programs for multi-axis machinery to ensure maximum production efficiency and reduce cycle times.Technical Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret, and accurately analyze intricate blueprints, engineering designs, and technical drawings to determine precise machining sequences.Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve programming issues, machine errors, and runtime inefficiencies directly on the shop floor to minimize downtime.Shop Cleanliness: Maintain total cleanliness, organization, and meticulous tool management throughout the machining facility.Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all established safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and internal company guidelines to maintain an accident-free environment.Operational Flexibility: Perform additional manufacturing duties, collaborate with manual machinists, and support team tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Technical Literacy: Advanced ability to read, interpret, and apply technical blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Professional Experience: 4+ years of dedicated CNC Mill and Lathe programming experience, with deep proficiency in G-code and M-code formatting

.Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 65 pounds regularly in a physical shop environment. Core.
