Purpose
The Videographer captures and communicates stories of life transformation to support Chapel Pointe Church’s weekend services, ministry initiatives, and digital presence. This role works at the intersection of Digital Ministries and Production to ensure high standards and alignment with our church's mission.
Job Responsibilities
Content Production & Storytelling
- Concept, direct, film, and edit high-impact video projects, including baptism testimonies, mission trip recaps, promotional campaigns, and worship videos.
- Produce weekly service elements, including pre service videos, sermon bumpers, announcements, lower thirds, and custom motion graphics.
- Manage production for the Be the Church podcast, including content scheduling, multi-track audio/video recording, and some post production.Â
- Collaborate with the Digital Ministries team to distribute and archive content across chapel-pointe.org, YouTube, and social media, and our NAS archive system.
Team Collaboration
- Recruit, train, and develop B-Roll teams across all campuses, establishing standardized processes that ensure consistent quality at every location.
- Work collaboratively across ministries to produce content that adheres to Chapel Pointe Church’s branding guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Degree in film, media, or a related field, or 2–4 years of professional video production experience
- Advanced skills in post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Proficiency in studio and field production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio
- Strong storytelling ability with experience capturing compelling narratives
- Strong organizational skills with attention to equipment management, scheduling, and multi-site workflows
- Able to lead and equip volunteers across multiple campuses
