Overview of the role  As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Accountabilities |
- Assist with the management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving.Â
- Contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner.Â
- Adhere to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort.Â
- Use RF scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location in the warehouse.Â
- Monitor systems to ensure that all orders are received.Â
- Check inventory regularly.Â
- Move inventory for delivery according to truck and stop number.Â
- Unload products from freight trucks and organize them within the warehouse
What you’ll need | - High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to work strategically as part of a teamÂ
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and environments.
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds without assistanceÂ
- Ability to stand comfortably for six or more hours at a timeÂ
- Familiarity with computers and technology to print labelsÂ
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer serviceÂ
- Experience in operating a forklift is a plusÂ

- Ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team and communicate with supervisors.
- Dependable, responsible, and able to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
