Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, analytical Production Supervisor / Line Coordinator to oversee daily manufacturing operations. In this role, you will enforce standard work practices, maintain production line structure, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure department goals, safety standards, and project deadlines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line Management & Optimization: Oversee day-to-day production line operations, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks independently, and ensure team adherence to standard work processes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify, analyze, and implement workflow improvements within the department to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and drive operational success.

  • Team Leadership & Support: Promote team adherence to company policies, foster a positive work environment, and support team members through clear communication and conflict resolution.

  • Training & Onboarding: Participate in and facilitate training programs to enhance team skill sets, cross-train staff, and integrate new procedures smoothly.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate effectively with management, operators, and stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production line environment.

  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer operations.

  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).

  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, handle materials, and move throughout the manufacturing facility.

  • Occasional light physical effort and standard office/factory movements (sitting, standing, talking, and listening).
