Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our customers through live chat. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, provide solutions and escalate to the appropriate team if needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
