This position provides individualized coaching, mentoring, case management, and motivational support to help participants build confidence, resilience, employability skills, and long-term self-sufficiency. The Youth Engagement & Success Coach serves as a trusted mentor and advocate, guiding youth through school-to-work and school-to-college transitions while helping them achieve academic, career, and personal goals. QualificationsMinimum Requirements: • High school diploma with 2+ years working with youth in mentoring, teaching, or coaching roles. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one coaching to build confidence, resilience, and selfadvocacy. • Support youth in navigating school-to-work and school-to-college transitions. • Celebrate milestones, recognize achievements, and build long-term engagement. • Collaborate with navigators to reinforce career goals. • Case management and client follow up to ensure successful completion of education and/or transition to the workforce
