What you will do:

  

As our Field Operations Team Lead, you will provide leadership and expertise for loaner kit/order fulfillment.  You will also oversee the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers to include: order entry; picking, shipping, tracking, creating driving routes and usage.  Additionally, you will track inventory accurately, record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting, managing expired products and optimize inventory utilization. as well as maintain a state of constant audit readiness and assist with preparation for audits.  Lastly, you will implement processes that optimize and track warehouse inventory, which accounts for up to 50% of Branch’s inventory assets. 

  • Meet established metrics for operations (i.e. turns, service levels) 

  • Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits/products for compliance with specifications and usage 

  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations 

  • Process orders for products while conferring with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace deliveries 

  • Investigate customer complaints/track service levels and problem solve any discrepancies 

  • Utilize processes and tools for scheduling surgeries 

  • Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments) 

  • Managerial duties including but not limited to: training, coaching, performance management and evaluation, compensation management, recruitment and terminations 

  • Complete other duties as assigned 

  

What You Need:

Required:

  • A BS/BA degree is needed for the role, however in lieu of a degree 6+ years of equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

  • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record

  • Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call/participate in rotational on call as needed

  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs 

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience with warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

  • Prior people leadership is preferred.

  

 

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • USN: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual
  • US5: $67,600 - $99,100 USD Annual
