  • Collaborate with internal teams (Test, Quality, Operations) and external vendors/customers to communicate failure modes, findings, and recommended corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor failure trends (e.g., Pareto analysis of top defects) in production and drive systemic improvements to increase yield and reduce repeat failures.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic software, debug tools, and hardware utilities (e.g., JTAG, I2C/SPI analyzers, bus trace utilities) in Linux/Windows environments.

  • Deep experience troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues within Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
  • Proficiency in reading circuit schematics, block diagrams, board layouts, and component datasheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to author clear 8D/RCA reports).
  • Strong customer-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
  • Provide accurate data and timely initial assessments to internal customers (Production, Quality, Test Engineers) to minimize line stoppages and WIP aging.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Problem-solving and logical deduction.
  • Adaptability and ability to follow strict safety/ESD guidelines.
