Job DetailsJob Location: Brewery and Pub - Hood River, OR 97031Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Shift: Mon - FriPOSITION SUMMARY  As the Materials Coordinator, you will support the Supply Chain and Production teams in the planning, staging and inventory management of raw ingredients for beer and beverage production. This role involves a blend of hands-on tasks, including forklift operation, heavy lifting, and desk-based computer work. Success in this role requires strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  Follow brewery SOPs and all safety policies.   Follow all PPE, GMP and Food Safety practices and policies.   Assist with the receiving, movement, labeling, and inventory of raw material orders.   Read brewing recipes and convert units of measure for ingredient kitting.   Kit and stage ingredients for use by the Brewing team.   Work with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Brewing Teams to maintain up to date lot tracking and first in first out (FIFO) procedures.  Maintain ingredient inventory in the ERP system, ensuring accurate quantities and records.  Perform cycle counts throughout the month and end of month inventory counts.  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.   Assist across departments as needed to support company goals and smooth operations.  Qualifications  Experience working in warehouse operations. 2+ years preferred.  Demonstrated ability to safely operate forklifts and obtain certification.    Track record of performing accurate work with attention to detail.  Ability to convert units of measure and use math frequently.  Strong communication skills.  Basic computer/data entry skills.  Database or prior ERP experience is a plus.    Work Environment & Physical Requirements:    Fast paced and frequently changing work environment.    Subject to extreme temperatures.    Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders throughout shift.     Ability to stand/move for 10-12 hours per day with frequent reaching, bending, twisting.      Ability to lift to 55 lbs.    Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety glasses, ear protection, and reinforced toe boots (as required by company policy).   Ability to work in tight or enclosed spaces.  Comfortable getting off and on the forklift several times a day.  Schedule: Schedule may vary based on business needs. Pay: Starting Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience + Premium Pay Premium Pay: Hours worked during the following windows will receive premium pay as follows: 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.: Earn an additional 10% per hour. 1:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.: Earn an additional 15% per hour. All hours on Saturday and Sunday: Earn an additional 15% per hour.
